FACE FOUNDRIÉ – SUNSHINE STATE, a fast-growing facial bar franchise, is seeking a driven, highly organized, and entrepreneurial Sales and Operations Manager to lead the launch of our newest location in Oakland Park, FL. This is not just a management role. This person will be the face of our brand in the community and the driving force behind our grand opening success.

The Sales and Operations Manager will work directly with ownership, who operates multiple locations in New Jersey and Florida, and will play a critical role in building this business from the ground up. Responsibilities include driving pre-opening membership sales, executing weekly community pop-up events, hiring and training the founding team, and preparing the location operationally for opening day.

Role Overview

Job Title:  Sales & Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-Time W2 Employee

Reports To:  Franchise Business Owner

Location: FACE FOUNDRIÉ | Oakland Park, FL

Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 Base Salary plus bonus and incentive (total compensation estimated at $72,000 to $78,000 based on salary and bonus target achievement)

A Day in the Life:

  • Drive pre-opening membership sales, gift card revenue, and a VIP client list through weekly community pop-up events and brand partnerships prior to opening day
  • Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ at networking events, pop-up events, and community partnerships to build brand awareness and generate excitement prior to opening
  • Recruit, hire, and onboardyour openingteam whileestablishingperformance expectations and a strong sales culture
  • Order, receive, and organize inventory and equipment as the location prepares for opening
  • Partner closely with ownership and the New Jersey management team through consistent communication and reporting
  • Establish operational systems for scheduling, performance tracking, and daily management
  • Post-opening, drive performance through membership sales, rebooking, retail, and service revenue while maintaining exceptional client experience
  • Coach, motivate, and develop your team to meet individual and center goals

This Role Might Be a Good Fit For You If You:

  • Have 4–5 years of people management experience, preferably in spa, beauty, wellness, fitness, or membership-based businesses
  • Have successfully led sales initiatives or helped launch a new business, program, or location
  • Areextremely organized and thrive in project management environments with many moving parts
  • Have experience executing grassroots marketing or community outreach initiatives
  • Are confident building relationships and representing a brand in the community
  • Are fluent in reading a P&L, analyzing the financial impact of initiatives, forecasting business needs, and creating reports to measure success
  • Lead with empathy while maintaining a strong results-driven mindset
  • Possess strong communication skills and are comfortable working closely with a remote ownership team
  • Are available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
