JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be performing required duties of Esthetician & Front Bar

Esthetician License (Required)

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.

• Achieve personal and store sales and service goals.

• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and all product lines represented in the salon.

• Perform 40–50 minute services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacial’s, Procell, lash lift& tint, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting, scalp massage. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate.

• Analyzing Acne clients for Face Reality Acne protocol, selling Face Reality packages and products.

• Use Boulevard point of sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services.

• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.

• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.

• Work with the Esthetician Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are always on hand.

• Assist with all in-store operational processes, including housekeeping, towel/sheet laundry, and salon cleaning, to maintain a beautiful environment.

• Ensure salon standards are adhered to at all times.

• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.

• Attend mandatory esthetician and product training, including team meetings.

Marketing Support participation…

• Support the team in bringing our brand to life -help with in-store promotions, branded social media content during your shift, and local events.

• Participate in off-site pop-ups to connect with new clients and share the FACE FOUNDRIÉ experience.

• Participate in Photo and Video content to be use on Social Media platforms.

Experience we are looking for…

• Active California Esthetician License

• Experience in facials, extractions, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, Procell, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting, lash lift + tinting.

• Proficiency with the use of equipment needed to perform technical work.

• Ability to work independently, and most importantly as a team player.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to retain clients

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Job Description for Front Bar:

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.

• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.

• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.

• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.

• Assist in all in store operational processes.

• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.

• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times. Opening and closing responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sanitizing treatment rooms and high-touch areas, restocking treatment rooms, workstations, and back stock areas, managing and completing laundry (linens & towels), ensuring all
  areas are organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and restocking restroom supplies vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting treatment rooms, retail shelving, and common areas, cleaning interior windows and mirrors

• Assist with Social Media, and Google Business

• Assist with marketing included but not limited to handing out flyers to local businesses.

• Assist with merchandising and display of products

Experience

-Ability to lift 25 pounds

Job Type: Part Time, Full Time (weekend and evening availability will be required)
