REQUIRED: Active Esthetics or Cosmetology License + Minimum 6 Months of Professional Esthetics Experience

Our SKIN EXPERT (Esthetician / Cosmetologist) is responsible for providing results-driven facial treatments, brows, lashes, and waxing services while delivering an exceptional experience to every guest.

Skin Experts are responsible for maintaining State Board compliance, keeping accurate and complete client records, achieving service and retail goals, and following all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards and protocols.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and hold an active and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License as required by state law.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service and an elevated experience to every guest.
• Perform 40–50 minute facial treatments and other services, including dermaplaning, hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, brow waxing and tinting, brow laminations, and lash lifts.
• Assess client needs and confidently recommend the appropriate services, enhancements, and home-care products for the best possible results.
• Educate clients on FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and recommend retail products based on their individual needs.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service, thoughtful recommendations, and consistent follow-up.
• Rebook clients and help them establish an ongoing skincare routine.
• Achieve individual and store service, retail, membership, and performance goals.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure State Board compliance at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the entire FACE FOUNDRIÉ team to promote teamwork and a high level of client care.
• Communicate supply needs to management and assist with in-store operational processes as needed.
• Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ store and service standards at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Esthetics or Cosmetology License — Required
• Minimum 6 months of professional, hands-on esthetics experience — Required
• Experience with dermaplaning, hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting preferred.
• Strong communication and client consultation skills.
• Ability to confidently recommend services and home-care products based on client needs.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Motivated, dependable, positive, and committed to continued growth as a service provider.

Compensation: Hourly pay + commission + tips + performance bonusesJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
