AP Esthetician

We’re looking for Skin Experts who are passionate about results-driven skincare, client education, and committed to continuous growth within a performance-driven team environment.

As a Skin Expert at FACE FOUNDRIÉ, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, results-driven services while creating a welcoming, efficient, and elevated client experience. This role blends technical skill, client education, and performance-driven service to support client outcomes as well as individual and store success.

Skin Experts perform 40–50 minute services including facials, lashes, and brows, with a strong focus on consultation, customization, skin safety, and client connection. In addition to service execution, this role is responsible for upholding brand standards, maintaining State Board compliance, and accurately documenting client interactions and treatments.

Must be 18 years of age with an active and valid Advanced Practice Esthetician license as required by law.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

• Deliver consistent, high-quality services aligned with FACE FOUNDRIÉ protocols, timing, and client experience standards

• Conduct thorough consultations and provide personalized service and product recommendations based on client goals and skin needs

• Educate clients on treatments, home care, and long-term skin health while confidently recommending retail products

• Actively support personal and store performance goals, including service, retail, enhancements, and pre-booking

• Perform services including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts, and other approved treatments

• Recommend and pre-book future services to support client results and retention

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and consent forms

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to ensure consistent State Board compliance

• Support a team-first environment by collaborating with peers and contributing to overall studio success

• Assist with daily operational tasks, including laundry and general store upkeep

• Follow company policies and procedures, including timekeeping and service protocols

• Attend and actively participate in required training, team meetings, and ongoing education

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Previous experience in customer service roles

• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting
