Sales Support and Order Management Specialist 788181 


  • Generate and deliver accurate sales quote
  • Coordinate the submission of non-standard discount requests
  • Facilitate the submission of product evaluation orders
  • Manage asset transfers
  • Enter and review orders in the online order portal as needed
  • Ensure on time booking of all order types
  • Review sales order packets for completeness and accuracy
  • Interface between sales and manufacturing on shipment schedules and deliveries
  • Timely and efficient processing of Letters of Credit to include any and all amendments
  • Provide timely order status and tracking information
  • Resolve all backlog issues including order hold release, product configuration issues, item number discrepancies, and missing purchase order requirements
  • Ensure orders adhere to documented Company policies and SOX procedures
  • Facilitate RMA submission per RMA policy guidelines and follow-up with a partner until completion
  • Provides quarter and month end support as needed to achieve corporate goals
  • Answer internal/external customer questions on the sales process and order requirements 


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant 2+ years of job experience
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional high-end customer service
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Multi-lingual capabilities preferred
  • Ability to solve problems and meet daily challenges
  • Extremely proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Enterprise ERP and CRM user experiences, such as Oracle, or SAP, preferred
  • A self-starter, fast learner, detail oriented and conscientious team player

$25 per Hour        San Francisco, CA 94107        6 Month Assignment
