Internal Recruiter

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $1.000.000 CLP with additional commissions and bonuses.
  • On target total monthly compensation of $1.500.000-$2.500.00+ CLP.

  • Avispa Technology - Boutique recruiting and staffing company based out of the San Francisco Bay area serving important companies in technology, entertainment, healthcare, and other industries in the United States.

Location and Work Hours:

  • Nearshore office in Santiago, Chile (100% onsite in Providencia during Pacific office hours)

Avispa is looking for driven people-persons who are interested in recruiting for positions in high-tech and other industries in the U.S. job market. The primary focus in this role will be full-cycle recruitment of quality U.S.-based candidates to employment opportunities in the United States with our client companies. Positions include software engineering, finance, marketing, administrative, and media roles. Main Responsibilities:

  • Source quality candidates for a variety of positions
  • Review profiles and job applications to filter qualified candidates
  • Attend client calls and take notes on job requisitions
  • Conduct phone and video screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications for the position
  • Present candidates to client companies
  • Set up interviews upon request and prepare candidates to interview
  • Extend offers to selected candidates
  • Update applicant tracking and submission systems
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Living in Santiago and authorized to work in Chile
  • Available to work onsite and full time (40-hour workweek) from Monday through Friday during Pacific Time office hour.
  • Motivated, organized and able to multitask
  • Self-driven and collaborative team player
  • Enjoy engaging with candidates via phone and email
  • Solid computer skills and adept at tracking tasks in online systems
  • Process oriented
  • Skilled writer and notetaker

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Transferable professional work experience
  • Knowledgeable in information technology
