Senior Monetization Strategy Manager Responsibilities:
- Analyze and track the performance of commercial model initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance strategy, prioritization, and execution.
- Build and maintain analytical models to support and refine global pricing strategies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for AI-driven solutions to improve business processes and insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance teams.
- Develop governance frameworks and operational processes to improve decision quality, escalation workflows, sales velocity, and customer outcomes.
- Support the design and assessment of new commercial offers and pricing structures.
- Present complex data and insights in a clear, simplified format to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Help drive strategic initiatives that align with broader business goals and customer needs.
Senior Monetization Strategy Manager Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in Pricing, Business Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or Go-To-Market Strategy at a SaaS company or similar experience in an analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to solve problems using data-driven approaches
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and present complex information clearly
- Ability to develop and maintain financial or analytical models
- Experience engaging with senior leaders and supporting high-impact strategic initiatives
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and developing creative solutions
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI tools and guide teams in incorporating them into workflows
- Understanding of how predictive insights can be used to drive business outcomes and customer behavior
