  • Hourly pay: $45-$55/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location)

A leading professional networking company seeks an Associate Manager of Monetization Strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth, improve go-to-market strategy, and drive pricing and commercial model initiatives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in pricing, business analytics, or go-to-market strategy, preferably within a SaaS company, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to work with AI tools to support business decisions. Associate Manager of Monetization Strategy Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track the performance of commercial model initiatives
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve strategy, prioritization, and business processes
  • Build analytical models to assess and refine global pricing strategies
  • Identify opportunities for AI integration and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams (e.g., Sales, Sales Operations, Finance)
  • Develop and manage governance structures to support efficient decision-making
  • Improve escalation processes, sales velocity, and customer outcomes
  • Support the creation and evaluation of new commercial offers
  • Establish proper measurement and tracking methods to assess business impact
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Associate Manager of Monetization Strategy Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Pricing, Business Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or Go-To-Market Strategy, preferably within a SaaS company
  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to solve complex problems using data
  • Experience building and working with financial or strategic models
  • Ability to clearly structure and communicate complex information to various audiences
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and delivering creative solutions
  • Familiarity with or interest in adopting AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making
  • Understanding of predictive insights and how they can inform customer behavior and drive actions
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience working with field sales teams, especially in deal structuring for enterprise SaaS offerings
