A leading digital streaming network seeks a Financial Analyst - International Regions. The successful candidate will provide financial and strategic support to our International regions in consolidating, analysing, and managing the P&L, and assist in regular reporting and ad hoc analysis for business leaders.

Financial Analyst - International Regions Responsibilities:

  • Be the business partner to regional teams internationally.
  • Support the Finance Manager in maintaining oversight of the regional DTC P&L.
    Model key metrics, marketing, subscriber additions, conversion, churn, and revenue for the business in these regions for all forecasts, outlooks, annual, and long-range plans.
  • Manage accurate reporting of P&L against forecast, including narrative on business performance and variances.
  • Coordinate the month-end close process with cross-functional finance teams.
  • Focus on measuring, reporting, and driving core KPI’s and business activity.
  • Own the PO tracking and reporting, provide stakeholders with transparency of spend, and ensure POs are raised in a timely manner.

Financial Analyst - International Regions Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience using Excel at an advanced level.
  • 5+ years of Finance/Accounting-related experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in a similar role in the entertainment/media industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with SAP and LongView is a plus.
  • Experience of interacting with stakeholder groups across multiple finance functions and regions, working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, is preferred.
  • Direct-to-consumer experience and streaming-related experience are preferred.
  • Attention to detail is critical, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and go through training, and be proactive in their learning experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires an evolving industry.
  • Understanding of expense and revenue accounts, corporate finance/accounting background
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand and articulate financial data, are preferred.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.

Shift:

  • 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time office hours.
