Purchasing Operations Buyer 1955
A leading enterprise software company is seeking a Purchasing Operations Buyer to facilitate and optimize the indirect procurement of goods and services. This position will serve as the main point of contact for all purchasing related activities including legal agreements, product training, invoice review and approval, etc.
Purchasing Operations Buyer Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $25

Purchasing Operations Buyer Responsibilities:
- Support internal customers by facilitating accurate and favorable transactions
- Requisition review and processing, uphold purchase order quality standards
- Liaison with the internal contracts, operational, and sourcing teams, monitor logistics and contract terms
- Contribute to the ongoing development of an effective procurement process
- Assist in reconciling invoice and receiving transaction discrepancies
Purchasing Operations Buyer Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in Procurement, Operations, or business-related field desired
- Experience in creating purchase orders is desired
Ability to identify key purchasing related issues
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work well within tight deadlines
Job Type:
- 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment
