A leading professional networking company is seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate will plan and execute initiatives and ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate has four or more years of experience with non-technical project/program management. The company offers a great work environment.

Project Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $45-$50/hr
  • Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (Sunnyvale, CA 94085 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment, Possible extension

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders build multiple relationships, and monitor and drive progress on projects.
  • Oversee operational program management projects for Chief of Staff teams
  • Establish project standards, cadence and version controls for project documentation and workflow to ensure the success of programs.
  • Proactively develop new project tools and templates to support the team.
  • Execute program against project plan: action items, owners, due dates, statuses, issues, lessons learned, and risks.
  • Assist with the creation and update of key project artifacts (project charters, project plans, project resource plans, project budgets, and communications/change plans) and with meeting facilitation by sending meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking assigned project team activities.
  • Track and report on key metrics and use problem-solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis, derive key insights, and deliver recommendations.
  • Own and manage multiple, concurrent operations projects of varying complexity.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with business leads and stakeholders and continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
  • Handle day-to-day customer fulfillment needs, including but not limited to: product training, support, and monitoring.

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with non-technical project/program management.
  • Experience hosting and delivering on global projects and events.
  • Interest in learning how to facilitate instructional sessions on tools like the 3D printer, vinyl cutter and heat press.
  • Highly productive and proactive in supporting key stakeholders/ vendors.
  • Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Positive/can-do attitude.
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Google Docs and Microsoft Outlook
