A leading technology company is seeking an Electronic Service Technician. The ideal candidate will support our manufactured test equipment. The ideal candidate has experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!
Electronic Service Technician Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $23/hr
- Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Roseville, CA 95747 - Onsite)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment
Electronic Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Test, calibrate, assemble, and disassemble electronic instrument products to maintain functionality and accuracy.
- Manage internal and external customer satisfaction through effective communication, innovation, and direct application of technical skills.
- Work with the designated area of expertise to clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting field staff and customers.
- Perform adjustments, calibrations, and basic repairs.
- Escalate more difficult repairs to experienced technicians.
- Solve technical problems of limited scope and complexity.
Electronic Service Technician Qualifications:
- Some education, specialized training/certification, or military experience.
- Prior experience is strongly preferred.
- PMEL experience is strongly desired.
- Experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment.
- Experience using automated calibration software platforms (STE, PC Based, METCAL, TME etc) is a plus.
- Calibration and repair knowledge of a wide variety of our equipment.
- Strong PC (MS Windows/Office) skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate electronic and mechanical competence.
- Work with clearly defined objectives on customer service assignments that may be repetitive in nature.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of people.
- Adheres to the highest standards of business ethics.
- Provide consistent, solid contribution to the team and service center delivery goals.
