A leading enterprise software solutions company seeks a Field Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing a high-impact marketing strategy that generates demand, expands our community, and positions the company as a leader in the market.

Field Marketing Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $50/hr
  • Worksite: Hybrid in Pleasanton, CA, San Francisco, CA, Atlanta, GA, Boston, MA, Boulder, CO, Denver, CO, Minneapolis, MN, New York, NY, Salt Lake City, UT, Seattle, WA, or Washington, DC, Candidates located in Pleasanton are preferred.
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 8 Month Assignment, Possible extension/conversion

Field Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales Teams, be their first point of contact, and align marketing campaigns to business and Sales team priorities.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns from inception to optimization.
  • Work closely with extended teams including: demand generation, brand awareness, events, communications, and creative services.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on ROI.
  • Arrange and execute digital and in-person events to engage with target audiences and promote our thought leadership, products, and solutions.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead PO process and vendor management.

Field Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant B2B Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of business-to-business (B2B) marketing, including knowledge of decision-makers, buying committees.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns with an emphasis on highly impactful integrated campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision making, and strong knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of best-in-class agencies/vendors/partners to work with on marketing campaigns.
  • Track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
