Contracts Administrator

The Supplier Contracts team is looking for a high-performing Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require critical thinking, innovation, and integrity. We are looking for someone with impeccable attention to detail, high energy, strong project management skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analysis/triage of initial vendor/supplier contract requests for determination of the level of contract review required
  • Process contracts through their lifecycle, including the management of the initial review by each applicable team; routing final contract for signatures; and filing documents electronically
  • Administer supplier setup documentation and coordinate internal reviews/compliance checkpoints
  • Interact and communicate with internal clients and outside vendors
  • Develop, recommend and coordinate the implementation of new procedures for the assigned function
  • Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ relevant work experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous and strong organizational skills
  • Must have high energy and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, maintain patience in high pressure situations and take initiative where appropriate
  • Strong skill set working with office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Pro
  • Experience with contracts management software and electronic signature system preferred
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels and departments within a company is imperative
