A leading electronics testing company is seeking an R&D Technician 3 to support oscilloscope and test equipment operations across R&D, technical support, marketing, and NPI teams in an ESD-controlled environment.

R&D Technician 3 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with R&D, technical support, marketing, and NPI teams to support oscilloscope and test equipment operations.
• Perform oscilloscope calibration across all active product families, and coordinate hardware service along with software installation and reinstallation (including QUADS software).
• Conduct oscilloscope application validation and issue submission, and support maintenance by diagnosing scope issues and routing instruments to the local team for repair.
• Ensure equipment used alongside oscilloscopes remains fully operational, and assist with imaging SSDs installed in equipment.
• Work within an Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) controlled environment.

R&D Technician 3 Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or NPI environment, or equivalent.
• General knowledge of electronics and electronics manufacturing with experience in electronic mechanical assembly, including torque drivers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Higher-level education or certifications in electronics are preferred.
• Classroom or work experience using electronic test equipment, specifically oscilloscopes and probes, is preferred.
