A leading digital streaming network seeks an International SEO Manager, Streaming to drive SEO strategy and organic growth across global streaming platforms.

International SEO Manager, Streaming Responsibilities:

  • Lead the international SEO strategy, roadmap, and performance across global markets by driving multi-market keyword research, competitive analysis, SERP analysis, forecasting, prioritization frameworks, and performance reporting to support business growth.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Localization, Marketing, Content Operations, Analytics, and regional teams to improve localized search experiences, AI Discovery, content availability, feature parity, metadata, structured data, internal linking, and region-specific visibility while serving as the primary international SEO liaison.
  • Investigate and resolve international SEO issues, including ranking behavior, country and language targeting, hreflang implementation, regional URL structures, localization challenges, content availability differences, crawlability, indexation, rendering, redirects, XML sitemaps, structured data, JavaScript SEO, and other technical SEO considerations.
  • Create stakeholder presentations, business cases, documentation, workflows, SLAs, best practices, and scalable processes while communicating SEO performance, opportunities, risks, recommendations, and roadmap priorities across global teams and markets.
  • Monitor emerging SEO, AI search, localization, and digital marketing trends while supporting cross-functional initiatives, optimizing international content, and ensuring successful execution across recurring launches and regional projects.

International SEO Manager, Streaming Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience.
  • 1+ year of international SEO experience.
  • Experience managing SEO initiatives for international, multi-language, or multi-region websites.
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, Localization, Marketing, Content Operations, Analytics, merchandising, editorial, and regional teams to deliver SEO initiatives.
  • Experience conducting international keyword research, competitive analysis, SERP analysis, and market opportunity assessments.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and SEO platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Semrush, Botify, Screaming Frog, rank tracking platforms, or similar AI search tools.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and analysis of keyword and performance datasets.
  • Strong understanding of international SEO, including hreflang, localization, regional URL structures, country and language targeting, multi-market site architecture, and global site management.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, rendering, canonicals, redirects, structured data, XML sitemaps, internal linking, site performance, and JavaScript SEO.
  • Understanding of localization, regional licensing, content availability, market-specific catalogs, and their impact on SEO performance.
  • Familiarity with AI Discovery concepts, including AI search visibility, LLM citations, answer engine optimization, and emerging search experiences.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple regions, cultures, functions, and time zones, including occasional early or late meetings to support international teams.
  • Experience working on large-scale websites, streaming, entertainment, media, or publishing platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a second language, such as Spanish, German, French, or Italian, is preferred.
