A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company seeks a Product Marketing Operations Lead to build and scale the operating infrastructure that enables the company's Product Marketing team to deliver strategic business outcomes.
Product Marketing Operations Lead Responsibilities:
- Refine, document, and implement go-to-market planning, prioritization, launch, reporting processes, business rhythms, frameworks, dashboards, and operating models to improve execution, accountability, and adoption across Product Marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Lead portfolio and resource planning by maintaining visibility into priorities, initiatives, milestones, dependencies, budgets, execution risks, resource constraints, and capacity planning decisions.
- Partner across Product Marketing, Marketing, Product, Sales, Creative, Regional Marketing, Business Operations, and other teams to align goals, resources, execution plans, and proactively address blockers, dependencies, and strategic priorities.
- Develop and operationalize go-to-market launch frameworks, readiness processes, governance models, and execution plans by coordinating stakeholders, milestones, resources, timelines, and global-to-regional execution.
- Implement systems, dashboards, AI, automation, reporting, and measurement frameworks that improve planning, visibility, decision-making, knowledge sharing, launch readiness, quarterly and annual planning, and continuous operational improvement.
Product Marketing Operations Lead Qualifications:
- Experience refining and implementing go-to-market planning, launch, prioritization, and reporting processes.
- Experience with portfolio planning, resource management, capacity planning, budgeting, and risk identification.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders to drive execution.
- Experience implementing dashboards, workflows, reporting frameworks, AI, and automation to improve operational effectiveness.
