A leading digital streaming network seeks a Music Senior Coordinator to support senior leadership within a music department coordinating executive priorities, managing music assets, supporting film and television projects, tracking production milestones, and collaborating with creative and business teams throughout the production lifecycle.

Music Senior Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Manage the SVP's complex calendar, communications, meetings, notes, and day-to-day administrative priorities, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate screenings, events, production schedules, and key project milestones across pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Maintain and organize music-related assets, including cue sheets, lyric sheets, demos, stems, budgets, scripts, and corporate documentation while tracking updates.
  • Prepare music briefs, research and pitch artists, composers, producers, and song replacements, and collaborate with music editors, clearance teams, labels, publishers, and libraries.
  • Monitor music rights, licensing, and project deliverables while conducting research and supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Music Senior Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience working with or supporting musicians or in the Music Supervisor space is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the film and music industry and key players within them is preferred.
  • Familiarity with music licensing, music clearance, music process from demo to final master is preferred.

Shift:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
