A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Quality Technician to support industry-leading electronic measurement equipment. In this role, you will support day-shift mechanical inspection operations, ensuring product quality through manual and automated inspection processes.

Quality Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual and automated inspection processes on precision-machined components, including high-volume part handling, visual inspection under microscopes, and operation of automated inspection equipment.
  • Conduct dimensional and quality inspections using precision measurement tools, including pin, thread, and ring gages, while verifying compliance with specifications and GD&T requirements.
  • Process and document inspection activities within Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Identify and communicate quality concerns, support continuous improvement efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment while meeting productivity, quality, and delivery objectives.

Quality Technician Qualifications:

  • Some college coursework or technical training is preferred.
  • Experience performing high-volume parts inspection and handling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating automated inspection equipment and conducting microscopic visual inspections.
  • Familiarity with precision measurement tools, including pin, thread, and ring gages.
  • Basic Windows PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Ability to interpret engineering specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).

Shift:

  • Start time between 5:00 am and 7:00 am.
