Associate Renewals Manager 2474 

A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking an Associate Renewals Manager. The successful candidate will assist the Customer Success Manager (CSM)/Account Executive(AE)/Renewal Managers (RM) in the renewal and add-on sales process including reviewing quotes and generating Order Forms. The ideal candidate has worked in the renewals, deal desk, or sales support. The company offers a great work environment.

Associate Renewals Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $40/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Open to remote, Bay Area) 
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
  • 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment

Associate Renewals Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the CSM/AE/RM as they support the company's sales organization from a deal strategy and operational efficiency standpoint. 
  • Be responsible for ensuring accurate pricing, clean Order Forms, and maintaining operational dashboards.

Associate Renewals Manager Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in Software/SaaS companies.
  • Knowledge of SFDC is preferred, other CRMs are okay.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Prior Sales Operations experience.
  • Knowledge of the Quote to Cash lifecycle.
  • An understanding of general software pricing models, knowledge of SaaS pricing and licensing models is definitely a plus.
  • Comfortable partnering and engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible support for the sales teams & deal cycles.
  • Ability to manage a large number of active accounts, identify problems and opportunities, and provide solutions for each of them with strong process management, negotiation skills, financial acumen, and ability to apply strict policies.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate closely with teammates.
  • A team player: experience working across functions to deliver customer/prospect/client-facing proposals.
