Youth Care Worker Program Manager (9516)

InGenesis is currently seeking seeking a Youth Care Worker Program Manager to work with our client located in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will oversee the youth care program.

Job Duties 

  • Oversee contractual requirement to provide direct supervision of children in a controlled environment.

  • Manage direct reports (team leads) who supervise 5-10 Youth Care Workers each.

  • Oversee compliance with government contract duties and staffing ratios.

  • Oversee scheduling of staff, working with HR to ensure continuity of staffing.

  • Ensure newly hired care workers are in-processed, fitted for Personal Protective Equipment, and properly credentialed upon arrival.

  • Develop written procedures of administrative, logistical, and operational processes required by the program.

  • Initiate improvements of procedures as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of operational management experience.
  • Preferred: Medical Services Administration or clinical background.
  • Preferred: Experience in government or government contracting.
  • Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
  • Strong organizational and task prioritization skills.
  • Proficient with basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and documentation programs/databases.
