Reimbursement Representative (Medical Collector)
Work Location: Cerritos, CA

InGenesis is currently seeking a Reimbursement Representative / Medical Collector to join our client located in Cerritos, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate claims submission and accurate payment of claims according to Health Plans.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions(including but not limited to)

• Review billing processes for compliance with payer requirements.

• Ensure accurate billing and coding by payer and therapy type

• Analyze and rectify claim issues with payers.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of payer requirements prior to timely submission of claims.

• Ensure required authorizations and medical documentation forms are included.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: 2+ years’ experience in Medical Collection.

• Home Infusion experience a plus.

• Knowledge and understanding of HCPS and CPT codes.
