Process Excellence Specialist (10920)

Job Description

InGenesis is currently sourcing for a Process Excellent Specialist to work remotely for our corporate office located in San Antonio, TX.  In this role, you will focus on analyzing current business processes and proposes process efficiencies and improvements, prepares change management communications and develops/delivers client training and associated documentation.   This position is dependent on contract award.

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with team members on project requirements within and across projects.
  • Show interest in adapting to new technology solution utilized by clients and internally.
  • Lead teams to critically examine, rethink, redesign and drive sustainable performance improvement.
  • Identify and solve problems to root cause.
  • Accountable for effective problem-solving techniques, and the design and management of performance improvement initiatives across the company.
  • Design detailed end-to-end business processes.
  • Prepare detailed workflow designs of ad-hoc processes.
  • Analyze operational data and provide process to identify system/operational problems and solutions.
  • Facilitate education and training of InGenesis staff on business process changes.      
  • Lead change management activities focusing on creating and delivering effective communications and associated plan documentation.
  • Design and develop training materials for employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Deliver customized training sessions based on segment, process, and audience.
  • Responsible for creating and providing internal communication updates to keep stakeholders engaged.  
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Offer 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role, in any of the following areas:  business analysis, process design, training or application support/development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Visio.
  • Experience with VMS applications preferred, including:   Fieldglass, PeopleFluent, etc.
  • Staffing industry knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn unfamiliar systems, and to stay informed of new technologies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
  • Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial corporate culture and the standards and work ethic consistent with that environment.
  • Knowledge of process metrics, process testing, and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
