Job Summary/Description
InGenesis is searching for a qualified Patient Access Center Representative to work under general supervision. This position is responsible for accurate and timely collection of patient information via an Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) phone environment. Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Able to navigate an ACD phone set up.
• Able to communicate effectively to caller/patients with excellent verbal skills
• Documents communications accurately and completely and follows up as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from a vocational business school with a minor in a job-related field preferred
• Some knowledge of business office, patient access, medical terminology, healthcare front office or healthcare setting, proficient in keyboard skills, 10-key excellent verbal and written skills
• Six (6) months of hospitality and/or medical front office, patient access experience
• Must have front office/patient access experience
• Call center experience strongly preferred
• Customer service oriented, Dependable, Interpersonal skills, Adaptability
• Potential temp to hire
• Hours-8:00 am to 5:00 pm
