InGenesis is currently seeking an Office Assistant to work with our client located in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will perform a full range of clerical duties in support of the client.

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Perform data entry.
- Provide customer service.
- Prepare various documents.
- Maintain files.
- Perform record keeping tasks.
- Process incoming mail and faxes.
- Perform clerical accounting duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of related clerical experience.
- Excellent communication / writing skills.
- Ability to type 45 WPM.
