Human Resources Technician
Work Location: Houston, TX

Job Summary/Description
To provide administrative and clerical support for Occupational Health program. All programs and projects require support in planning, implementation, documentation and follow-up. Collaborate with all Health & Well-being (EH&WB) staff (clerical staff, program coordinators, nurses, managers and directors).

To provide Front desk support and operation duties. To provide administrative support for institution-wide projects, including, but not limited to, the annual employee influenza vaccination campaign, annual tuberculosis (TB) screening and selected Wellness programs. To performs trending report and compliance for drug testing and clinic visits.

Offsite duties include prompt clinic setup and data entry accuracy. Duties include but not limited to opening the clinic in the morning, arriving patients, performing drug screens, registering employees for medical record numbers, data entering patient information, maintenance of employee health records including filing and scanning of records, distributing mail and doing rounds at main hospital

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of general clerical experience.
• An understanding of principles and practices of customer service and call centers.
• Dependability; Regular punctual attendance; Honors commitments; Shows consistency among principles, values, and behavior; Gains the confidence and trust of others.
