Human Resources Generalist (Entry Level)
Work Location: Dallas, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking an HR Generalist to provide a full range of human resource duties including benefits, employee relations, workers’ comp., etc. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for policies and procedures at a local medical center.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions(including but not limited to)

• Maintain direct contact with employees, supervisors, and managers.

• Assist management with interpretation of policies and practices.

• Assist in ensuring accuracy of information.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Required Experience: None.

• Two (2) years of professional HR experience, a plus.
