Criminal History Check Processor

Job Summary/Description
InGenesis seeks a Criminal History Check Processor to review criminal record documents, official records and applications to determine eligibility of employment with a childcare facility in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 20-1A-30. Once a determination is made the position is responsible for all to correspondences with the applicant either verbally or in writing to inform the applicant of their status. Further, the position is responsible for obtaining court records when necessary for matters that are appealed to a court for a mitigation determination. This position has the potential for full-time employment with the client. Minimum Qualifications
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with one (1) year of related experience OR
• Three (3) years of related experience
• Successful DECAL background check
