Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Conduct 1:1 personal training for employees.
• Teach a variety of group activity classes (Zumba, Yoga, etc.).
• Instruct employees on effective workout methods; explain proper techniques, demonstrate exercises; identify different muscle groups, and teach appropriate methods to strengthen specific muscles.

Minimum Qualifications
• 2 + years personal training and group instruction experience is required.
• Must possess current CPR certification.
• Working knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology and training principles.
• Knowledge of group fitness teaching strategies and the incorporation of music.
• Have a basic understanding of nutrition.
• Certified through a nationally accredited organization (e.g. ISSA, NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, NCSF).
• A degree in a related field is not required but preferred (e.g. Physical Education, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Exercise Science etc.).
• Ability to work flexible schedule between 7am-7pm, up to 40 hours per week.
