Job Description

InGenesis is currently seeking an Auditor to work with our client in Albany, NY. In this role, you will be working in the NYS Department of Health, Office of Health Services Quality and Analytics.

Job Duties

· Track submissions against expected deadlines and following up with submitters as needed

· Audit forms and reports for accurate and complete documentation

· Organize and maintain electronic and paper files in State database systems

· Assist center staff seeking general administrative assistance

· Quality review of letters, reports, and website pages prior to publication

· Update information in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel tracking documents

· Review emails received in centralized mailboxes; responding or rerouting as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

· Experience working with spreadsheets, tables, or similar report documentation

· Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel

· Familiar with working with confidential documents containing sensitive data

· Familiarity with NYS-specific databases and systems (e.g., Access database, SFS, ITSM, MS Teams, Cisco WebEx, and SharePoint) (Preferred)

· Proficient in scheduling meetings for multiple and executive level staff (Preferred)

· Experience working with State processes and/or forms, like communications, policies and procedures, etc. (Preferred)

· Manage electronic tracking systems (Preferred)

· Proficient at managing deadlines and program timelines (Preferred)

· Demonstrated experience proofreading or preparing professional documents or

Correspondence (Preferred)

*Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
