We’re looking for an Esthetics Manager who inspires greatness in their team by being a coach, motivator, and role model. You’ll create a space where people love to work and clients love to be. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll perform services, manage the schedule, and coach your team to uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards of efficiency, approachability, and excellence.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire
Build a positive, feel-good, and gossip-free environment.
Coach estheticians through short, effective feedback moments that motivate and inspire.
Lead by example — performing services, supporting front bar operations, and setting the bar for excellence.
Celebrate wins, build confidence, and cultivate a culture of kindness and accountability.
Operate Smoothly
Manage esthetician schedules, coverage, and performance using Boulevard.
Partner with ownership on hiring, onboarding, and inventory management.
Ensure safety, sanitation, and service excellence at all times.
Train & Grow
Provide training and ongoing education for estheticians on FACE FOUNDRIÉ protocols, product knowledge, and retail success.
Facilitate in-store product and service training sessions with vendors and reps.
Support marketing initiatives and social content creation with your team.
What You Bring
California Esthetics License (required)
1–3 years of leadership or management experience (preferred)
A natural ability to coach, connect, and uplift others
Strong communication and organization skills
A love for client service, esthetics, and positive energy
Availability to work evenings and weekends (Thursday–Monday schedule)
