Lead Front Bar Receptionist

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a modern, results-driven facial bar seeking a polished, motivated, and guest-focused professional to join our team. This role is essential to stores success - driving guest experience, supporting daily operations, and contributing to sales and team performance.

This position also offers a Lead Front Bar Receptionist opportunity for candidates with leadership experience who are ready to support team development and studio growth.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, professional environment

Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

Meet or exceed sales goals, including memberships and retail skincare

Educate guests on services, products, and treatment recommendations

Maintain an organized, clean, and elevated front bar presentation

Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow

Coach and support front bar team members to maintain high performance standards

Assist with training, leadership coverage, and daily operational support

Partner with management to support store goals and team accountability

Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ in the community through events and partnership opportunities

Qualifications

Guest service and sales experience required

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Leadership experience preferred (required for Lead consideration)

Spa, salon, retail, or hospitality experience preferred

Positive, reliable, and professional mindset

Passion for skincare and client experience

Experience

Guest Service Experience (1 year)

Sales and Marketing Experience

Salon Experience Preferred

Current Esthetic Students Preferred

Job Type: PT/FT

Availability: Nights and Weekends Required. Must be able to work Sundays.
