Front Bar Receptionist — FACE FOUNDRIÉ Vacaville

The Vibe You're the face (literally) of FACE FOUNDRIÉ. As our Front Bar Receptionist, you're the first person guests see and the energy that sets the tone for their whole visit. If you love beauty, skincare, and making people feel good, this is your spot.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Bring the good energy — every guest should feel welcomed, hyped, and taken care of

• Hit your sales goals (and don't worry, we'll help you get there)

• Keep the appointment schedule tight and organized — no chaos, just flow

• Put guests onto our services, memberships, and skincare products they'll actually love

• Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail — you know the products, you talk the talk

• Run front desk ops like a pro — smooth check-ins, smooth check-outs

• Keep an eye on inventory and flag management when we're running low on faves

• Keep the space clean, organized, and Insta-worthy at all times

• Arrive on time, follow the playbook

• Come to trainings and level up your skincare + sales game

• Take safety, sanitation, and hygiene seriously — non-negotiable

What You Bring

• 1+ year in guest service or a customer-facing role (preferred)

• Sales experience is a plus — bonus points if you've closed a deal before

• Salon, spa, or beauty industry background? Even better

• You're a people person — good vibes, good communication

• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented (we notice the little things)

• You're genuinely into skincare and beauty — passion shows!

Job Details

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

• $17 to $20 per hour + commission

• Availability: Evenings and Weekends are required

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
