FACE FOUNDRIÉ – Community Sales Lead
Face Foundrié Allen, Opening February 2027
Full time: ~30 hours per week
Be the face of Allen’s newest facial bar before the doors even open.
Face Foundrié is opening in Allen in February 2027, and we’re looking for the person who’ll help build it
from day one. Before we open, you’ll be our person in the community. You’ll run pop-ups, meet hundreds
of locals, and sign up our founding members before anyone walks through the door.
This isn’t a desk job. You will be out in the DFW community networking with boutique fitness studios,
medspas, luxury residential properties, and local business owners, securing cross-promotions, and
turning local foot traffic into recurring members. If you’re a natural relationship-builder, a tenacious
outbound "hunter," and someone who thrives on live event execution, this role is built for you.
Why this role is different
• You’re founding team, not a new hire. You’ll help shape how this studio feels to every guest
who walks in. You'll have weekly interactions with our owner.
• There’s room to grow. We’re a multi-unit operator. As we grow, the people who help us launch
get first shot at lead roles in other locations or regional sales and leadership roles.
• Your income grows with your results. You’ll earn bonus commission for every member you
bring in, with no cap.
• No two weeks look the same. Markets, gyms, boutiques, school events, new partners, and new
neighborhoods every week. If sitting still drains you, this is your job.
What you’ll do
Launch Season (about 3 months before opening, starting ~December)
• B2B Outbound & Local Partnerships: Cold-outreach, drop in, and build high-value referral
loops with local business owners, boutique fitness managers, and neighborhood leaders.
• Pop-Up & Event Execution: Pitch, plan, and execute high-converting on-site and off-site pop-up
events that generate immediate brand awareness and bookings.
• Corporate & VIP Outreach: Secure group bookings, bridal/private event inquiries, and corporate
wellness partnerships with local employers.
• ROI & Pipeline Tracking: Own outreach metrics—track partner acquisition conversion, pop-up
sign-ups, and partner-driven revenue attribution.
After We Open
Launch season is busy, with pop-ups several times a week. After opening, community marketing settles
into a steadier rhythm. To keep your hours (and your paycheck) consistent, your week will be a mix of:
• Community marketing (~15 hrs): ongoing pop-ups, partnerships, and local events
• Front bar (~10–15 hrs): welcoming guests, booking appointments, and signing up new
members, including people you met out in the community
What We’re Looking For
• The "Hunter" Mentality: Fearless, hyper-social, resilient, and energized by face-to-face
networking and business development.
• Sales / Pitch DNA: Confident communicator who articulates value quickly to a business owner,
GM, or VIP client.
• Execution Machine: Detail-oriented event planner who handles logistics, load-in, day-of
execution, and follow-up independently.
• Local Footprint: Deep familiarity with the Allen, Fairview and Lucas local business, fitness, and
lifestyle scene.
• Availability: full-time with some flexibility (30-40 hours/week) with reliable transportation to cover
local pop-ups, partner drop-ins, and weekend/evening events as needed.
• Must be 18 or older to apply.
Compensation & Upside
• Hourly Base: $17.00 – $20.00 / hour (commensurate with sales/outbound experience) + High-
Impact Performance Bonus
• High-Impact Performance Bonuses: Additional commission for every membership signed up
and paid out through third month
Perks
Complimentary monthly focused facial service, deep product and service discounts, and direct
mentorship from regional leadership.
Growth Path
High performers have clear transition paths into multi-unit regional growth and full-time operations/sales
leadership.
To apply: Send your resume and a 60-second video or voice memo selling us on you. Show us how
you’d talk to a stranger at a pop-up or local community event.
