Position Overview

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for leading daily operations, developing a high-performing team, driving financial performance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about coaching and development, and is committed to maintaining the highest brand standards. Operations Responsibilities

  • Consistently delivers an elevated client experience and sets the standard for customer service across the team
  • Owns and drives key business metrics daily, including service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebooking percentage and retail performance
  • Identifies and acts on opportunities for business growth through staffing, scheduling, coaching, and operational improvements
  • Manages all aspects of team performance, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards
  • Conducts regular performance reviews and provide direct and actionable feedback and holds the team accountable to clearly defined goals
  • Builds and manages strategically to maximize coverage, productivity and revenue during peak hours
  • Oversees inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize loss and support retail goals
  • Supports forecasting sales goals, growth opportunities and operational planning

Financial Management

  • Partners closely with ownership to execute revenue goals and overall business strategy
  • Actively monitors financial performance reporting and identifies opportunities to increase revenue, improve efficiency and manage costs
  • Implements and reinforces strategies that drive profitability, including elevated services, enhancements, memberships, packages and retail performance

Customer Experience

  • Ensures the delivery of high-quality services and an exceptional guest experience
  • Addresses guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Fosters a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented environment for both guests and staff

Leadership, Training & Development

  • Washington Esthetician License required
  • Leads from the front by performing services, setting the tone and modeling expectations
  • Coaches the team in real-time to improve performance, confidence and productivity
  • Identifies growth opportunities for each team member and supports ongoing professional development
  • Ensures full and active participation in all required technical and product training, maintaining brand and service standards
  • Conducts thoughtful interviews to build a high-performing, culture-aligned team

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Partners with ownership to execute local marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition and retention
  • Supports local events, promotions, partnerships to increase visibility, bookings and membership growth
  • Assists with social media and community outreach efforts to build long-term relationships

Qualifications

  • Active Esthetician License required
  • 2+ years of salon or spa management experience required
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
  • Passion for skincare, guest experience excellence and team development

Job Details

  • Full-Time with nights and weekends required
  • Compensation: $28-$32 per hour + gratuities + commissions + performance bonuses
