Job Description

This role extends far beyond the treatment room. The Lead Esthetician serves as the on-floor leader, culture driver, and technical expert who supports both team performance and client experience. Working in close partnership with the Store Manager, you’ll help guide daily operations, develop fellow estheticians, and contribute directly to the store’s success while continuing to deliver outstanding services.

Operations

  • Greet guests in a warm, timely, and welcoming manner

  • Support scheduling flow, team breaks, and daily adjustments with the Manager

  • Assist with inventory counts, ordering, receiving, and accuracy

  • Achieve both individual and store sales goals

  • Act as the on-floor leader during shifts, supporting team flow, client experience, service standards, and overall store culture

  • Model FACE FOUNDRIÉ service expectations through professionalism, positivity, and teamwork

  • Maintain strong personal performance in services, rebooking, retail, and memberships

  • Help solve day-to-day challenges and escalate concerns appropriately

Training

  • Help train estheticians on protocols, product knowledge, selling, and compliance

  • Support onboarding for new estheticians and continued education for the team

  • Assist the Manager in holding the team accountable to benchmarks like service sales, retail, memberships, and rebooking

  • Conduct confident, supportive coaching conversations

  • Provide product, retail, and membership education to both Front Bar and Estheticians

  • Serve as a technical resource to ensure consistent, high-quality services

  • Identify skill gaps and support development plans with the Manager

  • Encourage a growth-focused, feedback-driven learning culture

Client Experience

  • Help create a seamless, feel-good client experience from beginning to end

  • Support thoughtful resolution of client concerns so every guest feels heard, cared for, and confident returning

Marketing

  • Support events, pop-ups, and social content

  • Encourage team involvement in local community engagement and brand awareness

Position Requirements

  • Texas esthetics license required

  • 1–2 years of leadership or senior esthetician experience

  • Passion for skincare, people, and positive team environments

  • Confidence in coaching others and leading by example

  • Availability for nights, weekends, and special events

Preferred

  • 1–2 years in a salon, spa, or beauty retail environment

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership
