Salon Esthetics Manager

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a focused facial bar specializing in all things face; facials, lashes, brows and skincare. Our modern, open concept space promotes a welcoming and relaxing environment.

The Salon Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding FACE FOUNDRIÉ's goals through staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A Salon Manager helps create an environment that promotes customer service, client retention and employee development.

Responsibilities:

- Focus on the customer experience

- Assist in and ultimately lead the interview process

- Train new and existing team members in service protocols, product knowledge and in-store processes

- Responsible for performing services on clients and leading by example

- Coach team members and assist in professional development

- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reviews

- Manage store's inventory

- Help with local marketing efforts (including but not limited to social media, events, collaborations and business partnerships)

- Meet financial metrics set by Leadership Team

- Participate in all trainings and staff meetings

- Report directly to Owner

Qualifications:

- Master Esthetician License preferred

- Experience in management and/or training

- 1+ years in customer service

Job Type:

- Full-time

- Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
