Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business and help ensure all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are consistently met.
- Oversee Front Bar operations, including scheduling adjustments, assigning breaks and lunches, and assisting with daily staffing needs.
- Serve as a point of contact for team scheduling changes, call-outs, and client concerns when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Assist with inventory management, weekly inventory counts, receiving shipments, and maintaining professional and retail product levels.
- Coach and develop Front Bar and Esthetician team members to achieve individual and store goals in memberships, retail sales, average ticket, rebooking, and guest experience.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and monthly performance reviews.
- Help resolve escalated client concerns and assist with events, face parties, and community partnerships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while ensuring all operational procedures are followed.
Training & Team Development
- Train and mentor Front Bar team members on customer service, memberships, retail sales, booking procedures, and opening/closing responsibilities.
- Assist with ongoing product knowledge, retail, membership, and service training for all staff.
- Work alongside the Store Manager and Esthetic Trainer to execute team training and ensure accountability to company standards.
- Foster a positive team culture by providing consistent coaching, feedback, and support. Esthetician Responsibilities
- Perform facials, brows, lashes, and other FACE FOUNDRIÉ services while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Conduct thorough consultations and customize recommendations based on each client's skincare goals.
- Educate clients on skincare products, memberships, services, and promotions to support long term results.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and personalized care.
- Maintain station cleanliness and comply with all California sanitation and safety regulations.
- Contribute to overall store goals by maximizing rebooking, memberships, retail sales, and guest satisfaction.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Assist in executing local marketing initiatives, promotions, and community events.
- Participate in creating social media content that reflects the FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand.
- Help maintain merchandising, promotional displays, and overall brand standards throughout the store.
Qualifications
- Active California Esthetician License required.
- 1–2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 1–2 years of spa or salon experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Passion for skincare, coaching others, and achieving business goals.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional off-site events.
Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
