Lead Front Bar Receptionist

Operations & Guest Experience
● Model exceptional client care and hospitality at all times— ensuring every guest feels seen, supported, and valued.
● Oversee daily front bar operations, including guest check-ins/outs, phone, BLVD messages, and product transactions.
● Monitor and manage the daily flow of appointments, assisting estheticians to stay on time.
● Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when appropriate.
● Execute and maintain studio opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation and end-of-day reporting.
● Ensure compliance with all state board, sanitation, and safety regulations.
● Support corporate initiatives and local campaigns to enhance brand visibility and guest retention.
Leadership, Coaching & Training
● Serve as a mentor and trainer for Front Bar team members, ensuring consistency in tone, communication, and client experience.
● Model accountability and professionalism — addressing issues calmly and promptly through proper channels.
● Conduct check-ins with new hires to reinforce FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards, operational procedures and sales goals.
● Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve sales techniques, guest communication, and workflow.
● Partner with the Ownership Team on scheduling, coverage, and performance updates.
Sales, Retail & Membership Growth
● Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals, including service add-ons, memberships, and retail targets.
● Educate guests on product benefits and skincare routines that complement their services.
● Motivate and guide Front Bar staff to confidently engage guests in product and membership conversations.
● Track performance metrics and share insights with leadership to support business growth.
Marketing & Events
● Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ at monthly pop-up or marketing events, showcasing our services and products with enthusiasm and professionalism.
● Support event setup, guest engagement, and lead capture — all during paid, scheduled work hours.
● Collaborate with leadership/owers to create on-brand content or materials during studio events.
● Communicate upcoming promotions and local initiatives to the Front Bar and Esthetician teams to ensure alignment.
● Ensure all event work is logged, compensated, and compliant with California labor laws.
Inventory & Housekeeping
● Oversee inventory processes, ensuring products and supplies are stocked, organized, and accounted for in BLVD.
● Assist with unpacking shipments, reconciling deliveries, and maintaining visual retail displays.
● Ensure laundry, linens, and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout your shift. Delegate daily operational duties to team members as needed, following up to ensure completion.
● Wash and fold towels/sheets; stock Esthetician stations with hot towels, clean linens, and supplies.
● Maintain bathroom cleanliness and stock at all times.
● Replenish cleaning supplies and notify the owners when inventory runs low.
Position Requirements
1-2 years of prior leadership and/or marketing experience
Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends)
