We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our team in a hybrid position, working a minimum of 3 esthetician shifts per week (weekends) and cross training for front bar, so they may help to fill in the schedule wherever else is needed; totalling 3-5 shifts per week.

This position has the potential to grow into a full time esthetician position with a set schedule

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.

• Achieve personal and store goals.

• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

• Perform services, including but not limited to: dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts.

• Give service recommendations and rebook clients.

• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services to ensure Board compliance at all times.

• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.

• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.

• Assist in all in-store operational processes.

• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Requirements:

• Esthetician License

• Must have open availability, including weekends

• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.

• Developed communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Customer service and sales experience

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
