The Lead Front Bar & Social Media Coordinator is a dual-role position focused on delivering a seamless, high-quality client experience at the front bar while building local brand visibility through social media content, marketing execution and community engagement. This entry-level leadership role works closely with the Salon Manager and the broader marketing team to support daily operations and drive digital presence. It is ideal for someone passionate about skincare, customer service, content creation, working in teams, and who is interested in growing into a larger leadership or marketing role over time. There is significant opportunity for advancement within the company for driven and creative individuals.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in/out clients with warmth and professionalism to ensure a seamless guest experience. Demonstrate high levels of client service, addressing their needs in a warm and timely fashion.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front bar area aligned with FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
Confidently educate guests on membership benefits, service options, and skincare products.
Actively promote and sell memberships, service upgrades, and retail products to meet individual and store sales goals.
Support Salon Manager with managing the Front Bar team. Assist with hiring, onboarding and training new Front Bar Concierges on client service expectations, service and product knowledge, and daily procedures.
Support the Salon Manager with inventory management, staff scheduling, client bookings, ordering supplies, and managing salon client email.
Assists with training and coaching Estheticians on client experience, sales techniques, and growing their productivity.
Understanding of KPIs and how they drive salon performance: service revenue, memberships, utilization, average ticket, new client count, client retention, and rebooking.
Create, capture, and post engaging social media content highlighting services, staff, promotions, and in-store experiences according to minimum weekly number of content pieces.
Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns (digital and non), giveaways, and collaborations to enhance community engagement. Support influencer identification, engagement, and interaction.
Assist in coordinating and participating in in-store and off-site events that generate shareable content and brand awareness.
Support the management of company social media channels. Respond to client messages and engage on social media platforms with clients and like-minded businesses in coordination with store leadership.
Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards in all interactions: client service, training, coaching, social media and marketing content, community outreach, etc.
Qualifications
1-2+ year of experience in front desk, customer service, hospitality, or retail (spa/beauty preferred). Leadership experience a plus.
Strong interest or background in content creation and social media engagement.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a highly sales-focused approach.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable being on camera and capturing photo/video content in a professional setting.
Availability to work nights and weekends, particularly during events and content opportunities.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), to support communication, scheduling, and recordkeeping.
