Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our paid and organic digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing paid digital strategies, as well as organic social media, including email and social media. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to develop and refine digital marketing strategies that align with brand and business goals (both national and local).
- Support local marketing initiatives and franchisee communication to ensure alignment and activation at the local level.
Paid Media Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms (SEM, display, social, programmatic, etc.).
- Evaluate performance and continuously test and iterate to maximize ROI.
Organic + Content Strategy
- Oversee organic efforts, including SEO, content strategy, and social media (in partnership with content creators).
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
Agency + Vendor Collaboration
- Serve as the main point of contact for external digital marketing partners.
- Set expectations, monitor performance, and ensure delivery of KPIs.
Analytics + Reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform future strategies.
Budget Management
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources for optimal impact.
Market Insights
- Stay on top of digital trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform innovation and maintain an edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure digital strategies are aligned and integrated across initiatives.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a passion for performance-driven marketing
- Able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company information
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-location brand
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
