Store Coordinator

Position Overview
The Store Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of both St. Louis locations, execute community outreach and assist with marketing, ensure smooth guest experiences, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient, and organized environment. This position requires strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
● Create an authentically friendly and welcoming environment by greeting all customers by name. Answer inquiries, and assist with booking appointments, ensuring a positive and professional experience from start to finish.
● Maintain knowledge of store and team policies and expectations, services, cooperative values and principles, merchandise, location of products, and in-store promotions
● Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm and composure at all times, especially during complicated transactions or when dealing with an unsatisfied or disruptive customer
● Educate customers about and promote memberships, store programs, special offers, events, etc.
● Maintain continuous awareness of customer satisfaction and safety, and seek appropriate support when necessary to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.
Appointment Management & Retail Support:
● Coordinate and manage appointments for facial services, handle cancellations, rescheduling, and ensure smooth transitions between clients and estheticians.
● Optimize schedule on a daily basis to ensure bookings are supporting business needs.
● Maintain accurate client records, including service history, preferences, and feedback. Input data into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
● Audit transactions in POS frequently.
● Oversee the retail sales area, including inventory management, restocking, visual merchandising, and product display.
● Assist clients with product recommendations and sales.
Facility Management:
● Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing at all times. Monitor store supplies and equipment, and notify management when items need to be reordered.
Sales & Marketing:
● Execute in-store promotions, pop ups, and special events.
● Manage and attend all Face Parties
● Facilitate collaborations with other businesses.
● Assist with social media marketing.
● Promote retail products and services to drive sales and enhance the client experience.
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
● Handle client concerns or complaints professionally, and work towards a solution that maintains customer satisfaction.
● Ensure Membership retention by following up with members to give options and reporting feedback.
Administrative:
● Work closely with the owner and manager to ensure day to day flow is seamless and assist in streamlining processes
● Assist Owner and Manager with administrative tasks
● Owner schedule/calendar management
● Update spreadsheets as directed
Skills & Qualifications:
● Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills
● Experience in marketing, including social media management and campaign creation
● Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
● Experience with retail or beauty industry operations a plus
● Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask
● High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
● 1-2 years of experience in management, retail, customer service, or administrative support.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficient with computer software (POS systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.).
● Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
