Job Description

Call Center Assistant Position 

As the Call Center Assistant, the main responsibility is to answer the phone and provide the best customer service experience to all callers. You are responsible for ensuring that the guest has all requests met and questions answered. Tasks will include helping clients book or modify appointments, assist with any concerns and answer all questions. This position may also be asked to work Front Bar in store or do miscellaneous tasks as they arise. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works call center. Ensures all inquiries are answered in a timely manner and with the best customer service. 

  • Potentially assists Executive Assistant in daily tasks including but not limited to front bar shifts, store projects, administrative tasks, and inventory. 

Position Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience

  • Basic Computer Experience

  • Ability to perform minor lifting 

  • Must work 20 hours per week

  • Must be flexible within reason to scheduling and task requests 


Job Type: Part time (average 20 hours per week) 

Work Location: Corporate Warehouse or Remote 

This position requires a decent amount of flexibility. Call center shifts may be asked to be taken in the Warehouse or remotely. You may be asked to cover shifts in-store or assist during the holiday season.
