FACE FOUNDRIÉ's Salon Manager is responsible for leading their team of Estheticians, Lash Artist and Front Bar Receptionist. The Salon Manager creates an environment that exceeds standards of excellence in team development, guest experience and client retention. The Salon Manager leads with a positive attitude and a trainer mindset.


  • Demonstrates a high level of customer service - has the "make it right" mentality

  • Trains and mentors their team with clear goals and a positive attitude

  • Performs services on clients

  • Identifies opportunities for growth such as, hiring, scheduling, coaching and professional development

  • Ensures service and product protocols are upheld

  • Attends all required trainings

  • Conducts reviews for all staff members

  • Responsible for store's inventory

  • Helps forecast sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans.

  • Meets financial metrics including: service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, retail revenue

  • Responsible for the management of all personnel including (but not limited to) recruitment, training, product knowledge, loss prevention, performance management, safety and legal compliance.
  • Assists with local and national marketing efforts including social media, business collaborations, etc.


  • Salon Management: One year minimum experiences.

  • Cosmetology / Esthetics License: One year minimum experiences.

  • Experience in dermaplaning, chemical peels, HydraFacial, brows and lashes

  • Able to pivot, adjust and be flexible

  • Strong time management

  • Strong training and coaching skills

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Hourly + Commission + Gratuity

Availability: Evenings and weekends (Required)
