Position Details:

Job Title: Franchise Business Coach

Position Summary: The Franchisee Business Coach supports the growth and operational excellence of franchise locations by coaching owners and their teams in key business areas, including sales performance, operational execution, client experience, and team development. This role focuses on building strong relationships with franchisees, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable strategies to drive results. Travel to franchise locations (approximately 30%) is required to provide in-person coaching, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with franchise owners and their leadership teams through regular communication and support.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational and sales performance opportunities.

  • Conduct regular virtual and on-site coaching sessions focused on sales growth, operational consistency, client satisfaction, and team leadership.

  • Deliver brand standards training to ensure operational excellence and consistency across locations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional corporate teams to address franchisee needs and implement performance improvement strategies.

  • Support franchisees with action planning, goal setting, and accountability follow-up.

  • Assist new franchise locations with operational ramp-up and performance stabilization.

  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions to support network-wide performance initiatives.

  • Serve as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate team to escalate concerns and share best practices.

  • Document coaching sessions, performance trends, and follow-up actions in internal systems.

Qualifications:

  • Current esthetician license a plus, with strong working knowledge of skincare services, treatments, and industry trends.

  • 1-3+ years of experience in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or business coaching, preferably in retail, hospitality, or personal services industries.

  • Strong understanding of operational standards, sales strategies, and client experience drivers.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear action steps.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable delivering both virtual and in-person coaching sessions.

  • Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting franchise organizations.

  • Experience with P & L

  • Training and facilitation experience.

Work Environment:

  • This role is in Office and in Field; virtual coaching, and in-person visits to franchise locations.

  • Travel expectation: approximately 30%, including occasional overnight trips.
