Position Summary

The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Face FOUNDRIÉ’s marketing events and pop-ups. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and requires excellent organizational and people skills. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about wellness and beauty, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about representing the Face FOUNDRIÉ brand.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating marketing pop-ups, partnerships, and community events.
  • Communicate with partner businesses and vendors to confirm event details.
  • Prepare event kits and supplies (products, marketing materials, signage, décor, tools).

Event Execution

  • Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials are organized and branded appropriately.
  • Greet guests and confidently speak to the Face FOUNDRIÉ brand, services, memberships, and promotions.
  • Assist estheticians during on-site mini services or product demos.
  • Capture photos/video for social media content during events.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Distribute flyers, promotional cards, and branded materials at events.
  • Collect guest information (emails, phone numbers) and encourage bookings.
  • Help track event performance metrics (attendance, leads captured, conversions).

Administrative Support

  • Maintain inventory of event supplies and request reorders as needed.
  • Support the Events & Marketing Manager with logistics, research, and follow-up tasks.
