Marketing Manager

Job Description

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support our current and upcoming locations in Edgewater, Bridgewater, Sea Girt and Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and local exposure for the New Jersey + Fort Lauderdale Market. From social media management to strategic partnerships, you’ll work closely with store managers, leadership, HQ and external partners to ensure smooth and effective marketing operations for our fast-growing beauty brand.

Job Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the go-to person for all things marketing, overseeing both the day-to-day execution of campaigns and long-term strategic planning. You’ll manage our Instagram account(s), ensuring consistent, engaging content, and collaborate with store managers to align marketing efforts across locations. You will also be responsible for coordinating new business partnerships, driving local marketing initiatives, and working with the HQ team to request and produce marketing materials.

The ideal candidate is someone who can balance a variety of tasks, maintain strong communication across multiple teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your creative problem-solving skills and passion for marketing will be critical in helping the company continue to grow its brand and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Local Event Execution: Plan and execute events including partnerships, pop-ups, and community outreach.

  • Social Media + Content: Create engaging content, capture in-store moments, and connect with our local audience across platforms.

  • Client Engagement: Work at the front bar to ensure an elevated client experience while gaining insights into FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s operations and client demographics..

  • Grassroots Marketing: Support collaborations with local businesses and influencers to drive community engagement.

  • Daily Marketing Tasks: Assist with promotions, track engagement, (optional) digital agency management, and report insights to refine our strategy.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience with social media management, especially Instagram.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple locations

  • Experience in working with influencers and coordinating marketing activations is a plus.

  • A passion for marketing, beauty, and community engagement.

  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for exploring different aspects of our business.

  • Availability to work full-time (including some nights and weekends for events) as a New Jersey resident.
