  • 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment

A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst. The successful candidate will focus on project work as well as supporting the day-to-day on-going operations of core benefit and wellbeing programs. While the primary focus will be US programs, this position will also support benefit programs and initiatives across the globe as needed.

Sr. Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Project Work:
    • Completion of various audits & data analyses, such as: Commuter benefit utilization analysis, annual 401(k) vesting audit, HSA contribution audit, FSA non-discrimination testing
    • Support the Benefits team to prepare for People function AI chatbot implementation: KB article content audit and updates, assist with bot testing and validation
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Analyze benefits data to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs and provide insights for decision-making.
    • Prepare and present ad-hoc reports on the utilization and cost of benefits programs.
  • Operations & Administration:
    • Monitor on-going operations and conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity across internal and external systems.
    • Assisting with root cause analysis of various data and operational issues between systems and vendors (e.g., between benefit vendors, payroll provider, HRIS, etc.).
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Prepare submissions for various federal, state, and local compliance reporting.

Sr. Benefits Analyst Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration and analysis, with progressive responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation is preferred.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting with solid proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
  • ServiceNow case management and content management experience is preferred.
  • High-tech industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US federal and state regulations governing employee benefit programs.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration software and HRIS systems.
