A leading digital streaming network seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Production Coordinator to support the intake, management, tracking, and delivery of creative and media assets across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced production environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and is comfortable handling heavy data entry and asset workflows with accuracy and efficiency. The Asset Production Coordinator will serve as a key operational partner to production, creative, and distribution teams, ensuring assets are properly logged, versioned, tracked, and delivered on time.

Asset Production Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end asset intake, tracking, organization, and delivery across multiple projects.
  • Perform high-volume, high-accuracy data entry into asset request, management systems and trackers.
  • Maintain asset metadata, naming conventions, version control, and status updates.
  • Coordinate asset deliveries to internal teams and external partners, ensuring deadlines and specifications are met.
  • Monitor production schedules and flag risks, discrepancies, or missing materials proactively.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders regarding asset status, updates, and requirements.
  • Support quality control by validating file formats, specs, and completeness prior to delivery.
  • Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and reports to support production visibility.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, creative, operations, and technical teams.

Asset Production Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in production coordination, asset management, media operations, or a related role.
  • Proven experience with heavy data entry and maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Airtable, trackers, and asset management or database systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and specifications.
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Experience with Frame.io, and other content management platforms preferred.
  • Background in media, entertainment, marketing, or creative production environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with file delivery workflows, versioning, and quality control processes preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also being self-directed.
